Overview

A three-layer structure in which the outside rust-resistant "SLD steel” is inserted between stainless. The handle is using “antibacterial carbonized wood” which is the state one-step right before wood turns into charcoal and it was obtained after putting chestnut wood to a smoking condition in a furnace. This technology is a patent owned by TADAFUSA, it is very hygienic and rot-resistant for when bacterias stick to the wood there is almost no moisture or nutrition so they get extinguished without being able to propagate themselves.
